    plain beans (mostly fat free refried, kidney, black and lima)
    chicken
    fish
    whey
    fat free milk

    I'm never without Progresso veg. barley soup and fat free, sodium free soda crackers.
    Other staples :
    Plain or fat free yogurt, ginger tea and coffee.
    Mini rice cakes for crunch and apples.

    100 cal popcorn
    eggs
    diet soda (ginger ale, caffeine-free pepsi, and cranberry soda)....for my nightly cocktail!

    Quaker Oatmeal to Go Bars (the Raspberry Streusel flavor is fantastic!)
    Malt-O-Meal Maple Brown Sugar Cereal with Fat-Free Half and Half (I find that it fills me up better than oatmeal)
    Morningstar Black Bean Burger on a Whole Wheat Bun

    Fat Free/Low Fat Yogurt
