sounds like that doctor is a moron.. 750 cal isnt even enough to maintain your body at its minimum.. even 1200 is too low

I used five pound weights last night and it was a little bit more challenging But I wasn't sore at all. I did level one. What do you think? should I just do level two for 15 days and level three for another 15? I'm afraid of hitting a plateau.

the hardest part is just turning on the video, once you can do that much the rest is easy.. so come on chop chop ( as JM says!).. get moving!! ;)

Those people are just fishing for compliments because they know that we are going to say how thin and beautiful they are.. When people say that to me I reply back with " Yes, you are right you are chubby you should lose some weight in your stomach/thigh/arm area" shuts them up all the time!!!! :) :flowerforyou:

I have lost 1.5 pounds since this Monday. Thank you all of your advice, it has worked! I no longer add quick add calories ( just check my diary!! :) ) I think I am over this weight loss plateau!!! THANK YOU ALL!!!! :) :flowerforyou:

I looked at her diary, she doesnt exercise.. If you dont exercise its easier to eat less, I eat about 1250-1400 calories a day. 1200 is not doable if you are exercisely intensly.

no, i would disagree with that.. I am 5"2 weighed 182 wore a size 14 and now I am 168 and wear a size 10.. it depends on your body, and the store you shop!

Rockin body is intense but fun.. you use weights and groupon usually offers a great deal. What I love the most about this workout is that it really is an all body workout. on jenny craig they give u 1200 calories of food to eat, which is how i lost the 20 pounds. Now, I eat much more probably between 1300-1600 calories a day, but i do exercise heavily about 6 hours a week in total

i cook at home all the time so its easier for me to just add up all the calories and quick add them...

I did Jenny Craig a few years ago and lost 20 pounds in 2 months without any exercise at all, so I know my body is fully capable of losing 1.5-2.0 pounds a week but it isnt happening now.
