i have been exercising pretty consistently this week. about an hour a day of strength training and cardio. i am incredibly sore, but for the first time in my life someone called me "skinny" yesterday. i am so motivated to keep going i have lost about 23 pounds, and have another 23 to go.. i can do this,, and so can you!

when i first started exercising and eatting right it was very frustrating because the weight was refusing to come off, I gave it time and made changes and ive lost over 20 pounds. i think the key is to work in cardio with your workout and to eat more often. if you are doing intense exercises 1200 calories may not be enough…

i hate level two, level one doesnt seem too challenging so i did 3 days of it and went to level 2 and i absolutely hate it, but I am grateful it goes by quickly.. Jillian you ARE a crazy person!!!!

if you give up carbs and sodium you can drop a pound a day the first 10 days.. look into the michael thurmond diet. it is VERY hard but very effective. low carb, high protein no sodium and no dairy
