  • So one meal wasn't that good, it's going to happen, accept, track it and move on to planning the next meal. The next meal gives you a fresh start, a new choice. Choose to be healthy. Don't give up on the rest of that day just because you eat 1 or 2 things not on the eating plan. Drink plenty of water and flush those toxins…

  • I agree with JenJen, my trainers have said the same thing - refuel after workout, protein within 45mins.
