  • My hubby does the same thing. Plays video games while I bust my *kitten* exercising. He doesn't complain, though, because the effects of my working out and eating right are very pleasing to him, lol.
  • I agree. To snack more on the weekends is a given. You have extra time to relax, but I just try to make sure the snacks are still healthy. If the snacks are relatively healthy, then not too much damage has been done.

  • I don't know if I could stop weighing myself. I am working out more trying to make a calorie deficit, but I just stay hungry, then I eat junk! I just need to grow a backbone and make sure my indulgences are healthy. Summer is always so hectic. So many dinners, BBQ's, and trips, how are we supposed to stay on track?

  • Thanks guys! I never come come close to my daily allotment of fat and usually come close but don't go over on my carbs for the day, but I usually go over on protein and fiber, which as long as they are healthy foods, I am good. I just wanted a second opinion.
  • I don't know if it's true, but I am trying to quit smoking cigarettes and all I want is caffeine. Caffeine in coffee, sodas, and anything else you can think off. It is so bad that I have brewed a pot of coffee with dinner, which is horrible, but I love the warm coffee with dinner. I seem to still be sleeping okay. At least…
