Everyone here is so encouraging and great support!! My first weeks goal is to stay under my daily calories. Seems like such a simple goal, but i really struggle with it and give into my sweet tooth too easy :( Good luck everyone with week one!

I am also in the same boat, life has taken over and now i need alot of motivation to get back to a healthier me. I also have have a wedding coming up, and would like to be at a healthy weight so that i can feel confident in my dress. This site is great for motivation, i am also trying to lose weight for my big day-which is coming up fast (Aug. 13th) I get motivated and am good for a couple of days then fall off the band wagon. I think your idea sounds great, changing everything at once is an extremely large comittment, in which i find it extremely hard to stick with!!! I would be extremely interested in your challenge.
