I was in the same way with my out of control evening snacking. Turns out I wasn't eating enough protein during the day. A good friend of mine put me on to the Herbalife Protein beverage mix (peach mango is my favorite). I just mix up a glass of this and at 70 caleries it gives me 15 grams of protein. Solved my problem.

I've been here less than a month and this is really working for me. It keeps me accountable to my heating habits. I've lost 13 lbs already! I am trying to remember everything I eat and keep things well balanced, while not depriving my self of little pleasures - Like low fat ice cream!

I've only been trying for one week and I've lost 8 lbs without weighing anything. I mostly stick to recording what I eat and am trying to eat a balanced diet with sensible snacks instead of the high fat snacks I had before. So far this seems to be working. Today is day 3 on my new adventure of losing 100+ lbs. I'm not new to this game but am trying a different tactic. I'm looking for support outside my family. I am finding day 3 a bit hard as I'm all by myself with the kitchen/refrigerator.

I am a carbo craver. I could easily eat all my carbs at breakfast. Learning to reduce them and spread them out over the day is the challenge here. Any tips from fello carbo cravers is greatly appreciated.
