I think it is very unrealistic. I have lost 23 lbs since January 1st (about 10 weeks)... but I also started at 207 lbs. The fact that my butt and thighs will just always be big. I wear a 14 now (186lbs), and I wore a tight 14 when I was 207. When I was 160 I wore a 12. i will be over the moon if I ever get into a 10.

I haven't ever weighed less than 160, and I remember thinking I was fat (probably wasn't really fat, but I had a boyfriend that made some comments and they stuck with me) So I do not know what I would look like at a smaller weight. especially since I work out a fair amount and I never worked out when I weighed 160 before.

I go to the YMCA. its great. has TONS of equipment, a huge pool and hot tub, sauna, nice locker rooms, very clean, and so many classes I can't count.
