Vanity weight vs. healthy maintainable weight

SV!!!! Met my first goal a week early!
I weighed in today at 186.4! That is 20.6 lbs less than when I started January 1st. My first mini goal was to be down 20 lbs by St. Patricks day! And it's a week early!! yay! I am so happy today! My next goal is to be down another 20 lbs by May 25 (I leave for vacation in North Carolina!).

You can calculate your "ideal weight" based on just height and age, or you can calculate it using height and body frame size... which would be better? one says 130 is my ideal weight, the other says 152-167.... kind of confused?
