I have been doing 30DS then the other day I got ripped in 30. For the past two days I have been doing 30DS and Ripped in 30. I need to change to level 2 in 30DS tomorrow but doing both workouts have been fantastic. But I love a great burn and use to be in great shape in high school (I am in my fifth year in college and went in straight after high school).
That is a great workout for others who love Jillian Micheal workouts!!!0 -
