This breaks my heart. WHY must people TRY to bring people down to their same, pathetic, low level? Keep your chin up, and the volume of your IPod, and rock on! :( I'm so sorry for you. Had I witnessed this, I would have make that son of a b cry. LOL!

I was in fabulous shape before my surgery :( I was a firefighter. I can feel my muscles kind of "remembering" lol.........but MAN they're holding H20~!

I'm 45 and I don't feel old. BUT....years as a firefighter wracked my body and especially my back. I had to stop and now it IS harder to be as active as I once was! I do water aerobics and I love it! Highly recommended for all of us "OLD PEOPLE" .. lol.

I think that it's a matter of respect of another person not to **** your pants in front of them. LOL! But, that's just me!

I swear by water aerobics! Get in there and work hard and stay away from the chit-chat ladies, and get it done! :) It WILL whoop your butt into shape fast if you work it!

I am a longtime low carb person, I follow the classic Atkins Diet, the one from waaaaaaaaaaaaaay back in the 1970's. 10 years ago, I lost 115lbs in one calendar year, I managed to keep all but about 30 of it off, and now I'm back to MFP to take them back off. I love it, I eat mostly whatever I want, and being in control…

Two hardboiled eggs and a hunk of cheese. I'm a low-carber.

I just boiled a dozen eggs and put then in a mason jar filled with vinegar! Mmmm.....pickled eggs! I eat them daily.
