I also didn't limit my food choices on Thanksgiving. Can so relate to the sluggish feeling. I read a book and laid around most of the day Sunday. Made my veggie soup recipe to help fill me up. Why is it our mind will scream for the chocolate or salty foods even though we know fruit or veggies would be a good choice. Love the walmart and candy comment. Right on target with that.
