You can fire roast them and eat them; or you can chop them up and add to several recipes. I like to stuff beef or pork roast with everything. i.e., bellpeppers, onions, garlic and yes jalapenos. I love spicy and add cayenne to many dishes just for the kick it gives food, besides it's good for blood circulation.

Not all carbs are bad or high in calories. Go on the web and research low carb foods. They're usually a much healthier choice, while providing long lasting fuel for your body, and don't spike. Good luck to you!

there's some that say when you go under 1200 calories, your body goes in to starvation mode and want to hold on to fat stores. Yes. I purchased the book the 21 day challenge by Neal Barnard. Haven't completed the challenge yet. but have cut out meat significantly. Feel more energy and digestion is better.
