Wow so today was my first day back to work (I work at an afterschool program) and the bosses decided we were going to do some team building exercises so we all went kayaking. Yes you are supposed to eat your exercise calories!!! Make sure you drink a lot of water too. That will help the pounds come off. Monday is fine for me too :)
