I just started back eating healthy and working out a couple of days ago. I lost 36 pounds last year close to this time and I put 25 back on. I am going to do this again. I want to lose 57 pounds. I lose it quickly at first but then plateau. We will get there with a lot of determination. I want to get down to a size 10.

I did this last year at the same time and lost about 36 ilbs but have put 25 back on. Just started back and have been good with my eating habits for two days. Every day is a struggle but I can do it again and I will.

Another tip I have is try to eat a big breakfast. Make that your biggest meal. I agree that you should cut your calories back. I am 5'7" and started off at 262 pounds at the beginning of August. I am now 228 pounds- a 34 pound loss.
