WOW!! that is awesome weight loss and you look fantastic and so healthy. I , too have alot of weight to lose (150ish pounds) Since you do alot of working out, were you able to tone up excess skin?? I am curious, thanks!! congrats on a job well done:)
Thank you very much. I feel great. As for the skin I was able to tone up pretty good considering i've lost 190lb's. Exercise was a key part to that and I'm sure genetics and age helped as well. 0 -
