I have lost 18 pounds since 8/8 by cutting my calories and exercising three to four days a week. Do cardio. It will melt the fat away. I'm a Cancer totally! My Cancer characteristics are 100% me. It's almost scary... I am super sensitive and can be moody and withdrawn at times. Family is everything to me. Except I do try real hard not to be a moody crab. HA HA

I think you have to ask yourself if this is a person that you'd like to spend your life with or maybe just a habit.
