OMG, these all sound great! I have a pork roast in my crock pot right now! I have learned a can of cream of chicken soup with any meat and a packet of onion soup mix or hidden valley ranch mix is delccious! I also have a recipe for pizza crock-pot but thats probably not diet friendly lol

Hello All! I'm 5'6" Biggest 305lbs Lightest (I'm not sure, generally I've stayed away from scales after having my 3 kids, but I'll guess) 260 lbs Current 283 Goal 190 (I so once in my adult life want to step on a scale and it be under 200lbs! I think I'll will break down and cry)

Good luck! This is always a very hard time for me too. I have found letting some of my daily calories be budgeted for my TOM cravings helps. SMALL SMALL portions of it, but this is a life change for me, not a diet. And I"m not going ot never eat chocolate again! lol

Good question. I've just started and am down my first 10lbs and I haven't really went down a size but my current size is fitting better with more room. So I"m happy.

Ugh. This one is so hard for me! I am trying to make sure I atleast get the 1200. But I'm so scared of going over (current goal is 1820) that I wait until the end of the day and see that I haven't eaten enough! But its bad to eat before bedtime, right? OMG, I have this problem too! People assume because I"m 290 lbs it because I sit around eating junk all day! Which is not the case, most days I'm way under my calorie goal. But it has been brought to my attention that if I don't eat enough my body is going into starvation mode and will not burn up the fat! So I'm having to…
