  • I just posted about this too! 4mo of not losing, not gaining either. Just playing with the same 5lbs. It’s making me nuts. After the first couple of weeks I ready it’s not really a plateau at a couple of weeks, then the first month went by and I started reading and trying things to break it. Giving each new thing two weeks…

  • I really hope this is true. SW 304, currenlty 264, I've been stuck around 264 for 3 months! Its killing me. I try to stay focused on feeling great, keeping the weight off and my clothes are fitting better and better. Hang in there OP, its there its just hard to see it.
  • I am loving Goodwill and some other thrift shops! Its a great place to get the "fat" clothes out of the house and find some of my newer size without breaking the bank. I love it and its fun.
  • I struggle with this myself and recently had some co-workers call me out on it! I didn't get angry, I just really didn't "see" the new me. I'm so foucused on how much further I have to go that I forgot what I've already done. My co-workers finally one by one started making comments like Hey, you don't fit in that anymore…
  • OMG! I thought I was the only one! I get the hiccups after I eat or drink. No specific foods that I've seen, though now I'm going to what and see if I can find a trend.
  • I had mine taken out years ago. No biggie. Just stay away from fried foods! lol. Good luck, hope you feel better soon!
  • I'm so freaking additcted! I've spent so much money buying the next level or little power boost. I'm a level 105 :) lol
  • Im seriously considering this also. Are you suppose to use jucing as a meal replacements? Or just a boost?

  • That is proper etiquette, especially for first dates. At some point, within the first two or three, BOTH parties should have paid, or offered too.
  • Im hitting the gym about 90 minutes per session three times a week. I'm working on loosing weight and getting fit.
  • Oh, good topic. I see this often, especially after I've added intensity to my workout. Can't wait to see what others say.
  • HAHA, I do that too!
  • I total feel you on this. I've hovered around the same weight for a month now and its really bothering me. I've changed up my workout to include weights, so I'm hoping its just me building muscle. But its really hard when you are trying to loose 80 MORE lbs and the scale keeps coming up the same. Stay positive. Drink lots…
  • lol looks like i need to research a heart rate monitor. I do put my stats into the machine :) So I will use it then. *off to google fitbit*
  • This is lovely! Thank you for sharing!
  • :brokenheart: Thats what I figured. LOL That would explain why I've stalled out in my weight loss lately. :grumble: Also, do any of use know of a good app or website that tells you how much you burn on a tredmill? I've started using the incline more ( I have to keep my workout low impact) and I want to capture that data.…
  • :) I have a bakers dozen! Wearing tight pants makes it even worse.
  • I pretty much say what everybody else is saying . . .there is no QUICK or EASY way to lose weight. It’s a lifetime commitment to stay fit, put yourself and your bodies needs first and to do the WORK. If it was easy everybody would be thin. Trust me, I've tried every gimmick out there and while some would give the…
  • I use cream of chicken soup with a ranch packet or italian, served over rice. Everybody loves it!
  • I somehow managed to not let myself off the wagon. I thought about it, and really wanted to. I had a couple of meals where I was like, I'm not keeping track of this, but I still went to the gym! So I'm not waiting for New Years, as tempting as it would because this is HARD work and I am getting a little tired of it.
  • I love it! I totally understand! This app, community and group has saved my life! Good luck friend.
  • I have found that changing my workouts helps. It keeps me entertained and my body doesn't get use to it. Every 20lbs I loose I notice a stop loosing. But when I change things up a bit then I start melting away. I have a gym membership that offers lots of classes, that helps. I do yoga and zumba a couple of days a week.…
  • Congrats on the child! You have made a big step for yourself and everybody you love. It is hard. Be realistic with your goals and remember that every tiny thing you do to better yourself and your health is a BIG deal and helps. I've been at it since September and I've lost 30lbs. . . the first 10 were a breeze, as always,…
  • I"m glad I'm not the only one! OMG, it was making me nuts. My weight is fluctuating like crazy some weeks. I can loose or gain 5lbs in 24 to 48 hours and not really change much. I'm going to start paying more attention to my salt intake. I don't salt my food but I do take in a lot of processed foods.
  • They have belling dancing on here. I'd log it under that. Or google how many cal's lost in pole dancing. Plenty of websites have the info. :) Have fun!
  • OMG, this is awesome! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • As many others have said, remebering that I'm not on a diet helps me cope with the fear of being hungry, going over my calories and anything else that gets stuck in my head. I'm not perfect everyday all day on anything else in my life, I'm not going to get this right every day either. One thing that has helped me a great…
  • LMAO, ditto ^^ No will power. If it taste good I want it. I will say that I also got lazy about cooking. I would just eat what the kids eat but not do the running around they did. :/ that didn't work out so well for me.
  • As I just updated on my status, this was my first PMS to get through with my lifestyle change. I fought of urges with an extra yoga at the gym, finding heathy alternatives to munch on ( I have a wicked sweet tooth) and really thinking about how good I feel already only being 20lbs down. I read alot of books and chewed gum…
