a good peanutbutter to mix with protein is pb2 its a powder so it mixes really well

pretty much what both of them said. set your goal a little higher and aim to get under it instead of hitting it dead on so like set your goal at 1500 and aim to get under it. not only does it make you feel less guilty for going over 1200 but it feels awesome to see your calories in the green :p

i hit the gym every day. theres nothing to be intimidated by even if you go alone. there are no judgements at the gym so no need to worry about that

arbys roast beef classic is only 350 calories and all kinds of delicious. id say wherever you go just dont get fries or soda. those two are the killers. also chickfila had an awesome fruit cup!
