i do something similar i eat a box of jello pretty much every day haha only like 40 calories for the whole box!

not even the least bit healthy but a loaf of garlic bread thinly sliced medium rare steak bacon! cheese and boom complete week of calories in one sandwhich! but it was quite delicious

lololol you should be tired after a workout!!! thats the point the whole increased energy comes in the long term people who workout have more energy throughout the day but not right after a workout
