I've been going for a while now and it really is only $10 a month. Most of their gyms aren't as equipped with free weight machines but it is good. The most important part is going, and continuing to go that's the most important part. It really is all about you, if you have the will then yeah it's a great option.

I do it once a day. Weight does fluctuate day to day but I usually do it to keep myself honest. When I have a day of over eating and I have a lot of retaining water I gain, then I drink more than the advised amount of water to flush it out and then I weigh in the next morning and see all the weight I lost!!
