I would definitely look at your sodium levels, you can actually monitor them on MFP! Just click on the food tab and then settings and there's a box you can check off. I broke the bank, so to speak and got a breakfast sandwich from Tim Hortons (bagel, cheese, egg, tomato, lettuce, bacon) It was 440 calories, but beyond filling.

It isn't the absolute fastest, but one of my favourites is to have an apple along with a whole wheat English muffin toasted with peanut butter. If you add in a yogurt cup or a glass of milk, its a pretty well rounded and decently low cal meal. :)
