  • Now on your weight do you include the weight of the implants or do you disregard the weight of them? I've always wondered that. I want implants, its the money and the inability to do my classes for 6 + weeks which would kill me sanity.

  • Do it Zumba is all about the people taking the class and how the students feel, its not about how the instructor looks. If you are passionate, people will see it irregardless of size.
  • I have large backside, thighs and calfs however if i had a large backside, skinny thighs and calfs, i'd look like i was going to capsize. I dont mind it that much because they are rather firm.

  • Started at 33.8 now am 25.3 tried different body fat calucators i range from 19%-26% but i do have around 110 lb muscle mass (depends what calculations they ask for) I want to get under 25 so bad on bmi scale but its not very much weight wise, gah

  • I eat what i used too, but alot less of it. As I used to eat for the sake of eating not cause it was filling, if you get my meaning. I can find my cal count motivation to turn down alot of foods, but I think thats all in my mind too cause if i really wanted the food, I would work up a deficit just to eat it.

  • I play with the food (not the right term really) but if its something quite pudgey like chilli, i get a knife or something straight and draw lines on it to see how many servings it can make with a smallish serving then add salad. Kinda like how you slice a pie or cake, then scoop it out.

  • Thats a small weight for kettle bells but its better to get the technique right first! I often mean to use my hrm while training on it but always worry the kettle bell will smash the screen ! with the right weight its an intense work out, I would go with the lower limit calorie burnage for you, at the moment
  • I think its not counted in weight watchers and slimming world, so you fill up more on fruit and veg, so you are fuller and have less tendency to eat less of other things. However it works the other way, they eat alot of fruit and veg cause its 'free' then eat other types of food to make up their points/syns.

  • I have been doing PHD Diet Whey and their Waxy, I enjoy the taste (I find it hard to get stuff I like the taste off, I dont like over fake strawberry or chocolate milkshake/protein shakes). I found them cheaper on a website though, as they usually do deals also.
