Its rather low calorie food Its seen as a no calorie food by some cause it takes more energy in your body to digest the food than the amount of energy in it. Its great to add into soups and salads to thicken things out.

I do it, and love it, I find it fun Alot of people feel self concious about it, but dont be, its all about having fun and moving about. I find how the teacher teaches impacts alot on if you pick it up easily or not.

I used Paul Mckenna I can make you thin, and it worked for me. :) And i've been consistantly getting rid of weight for just over 2 years (may not be the fastest but i'd rather have maintainable weight loss, than going on something for x amount of time then gorging after, which i did after a number of diets).

I am a bit lost with BMI i have myself wanting to get midpoint but finding it hard (gah), however i do weights so am possibly thinking i shouldnt be aiming midpoint, between mid to higher. Love weights too much to be put off by bmi though! my tummy is almost flat, i cant be bad !

I use PHD Diet Whey, and add it with water, i love the strawberry one (its a bit gritty but thats the fibre in it) one scoop works out about 97 calories, started taking it instead of breakkie

Say in your mind you dont want it then say out loud 'I dont want it and dont need to eat it' it has a better affect than 'I cant have' cause then thats just forbidden fruit syndrome

I started this for me quite a while ago, and thats the main part of the sticky toffee fudge cake, finding out girls who picked on you, and boys who fobbed you off while younger and fatter, then bumping into ex's who dont recognise you and start drooling is the ice cream ontop, not needed but definately an added bonus.
