Depends on if im hungry or not, if i dont feel hungry i dont eat them back, if i do feel hungry then i do eat them back. i'm one of those ones that isnt 100% sure on them.

I say, 'I dont want it' to them, they seem to get the message quick enough, rather than saying 'I cant have' as people will play on the 'cant have' and 'forbidden fruit' thing

Yasmin on it about 7 years, no weight gain and no side effects for me. Took dianette prior to that, and i reacted really badly to it.

It is my biggest regret ever, not taking before pictures from the very start. It may make you feel bad now but embrace it, cause when you get to were you want, you'll be amazed at the changes.

I never allowed pictures to be taken of me at my heaviest, if they did, i deleted them off phones/cameras or got the person to delete it. Only a few pics at a wedding i had to go to cause I was the bridesmaid, but even then, I was 1 and half stone off my heaviest.

Hopefully by the end of the year I will get rid of the last 1 and half stone, but thats not the half of it. I'm using this year to get out of looking at the past and dumping alot of bad rubbish (email contacts/mobile contacts getting deleted). Kinda, cleansing everything :)

I loave Oatmeal, the proper stuff not the processed stuff, I never feel full after the processed stuff. If I know im gonna be rushed the next day, i put some fruit juice, frozen fruit and the oats in a bowl, in the fridge, the fruit will defrost, and the oats will soak up some of the juice, add yogurt, milk, or with extra…

Use it as a way to see how far you have come, not how far you can go back. I would say change your ticker to help you with your own goals :) or your new year new you, or the same you that was hidden!

I'm about halfway through mine, originally started at 196lb before doing anything, but on this i put it as 190 (i like round numbers) now down to 143, i want to get to 130 originally to see how that goes, if not, 120 or 110, i'm 5ft 3 so its all within healthy range. I'm the opposite of you, i keep eating stuff just to see if i can taste it, and i never can cause my nose and taste buds seem to be hiding away while the cold is taking over! but suppose its over xmas, and its one way to deter over eating! a silver lining

Get rid of it through friends, relatives, or just give them away to a local church or something, but next year remember to tell people not to buy you food stuff for xmas. We told everyone not to give us sweets or biscuits, most people listened, some people didnt but we ended up with alot less unhealthy food in the house…

I dont like tap water unless it has some sugar free or no added sugar dilute juice into it (cordial such as mi wadi, robinsons etc not sure about american names, high juice?) I like bottled water weirdly enough, or filtered water with ice especially with lemon and lime.

Body Combat , body attack attack and RPM/Spin would be great calorie burners (for me they are), Body step is quite fun too. I love pump simply to tone up (it doesnt burn as much as cardio based over a short period but if you develop your muscle you burn more overal), but combat is fantastic for taking out frustrations…

I've noticed it, i'm almost tempted to gain weight in winter and hibernate then get rid of it for summer, but that would be putting my body through too much. I hate feeling the cold, i end up looking as big with the sheer amount of clothes i have to wear, as i did with 1 layer and my old fat boohoo
