I usually roll my eyes, cause these same people are usually the ones eating unhealthy food in excess then complain they are gaining weight. Sorry to say it, but its entirely possible to burn 700 cals in an hr, especially if you carry more weight or are taller, and male. I can burn 600 cals in a body combat session.

I love milk, cow, goat and sheeps (unpatisturised from farm yum!) i cant stand the taste of soya or almond alternative , I wouldnt get calcuim or alot of protein if it wasnt for milk.

Gym got and absolutely love it, i cant find the motivation to do a dvd work out at home (i tried wii fitness it lasted for a bit on the wooden floors!) I go to the classes in the gym but maybe you should try free days and 1 week memberships at your local gyms (some do bring a friend days) I'm a moody cow without it

I just associate skinny with the negative connotation of being underweight or looking unhealthy. I would rather be told i look healthy rather than skinny. My Goal has always been to get within a healthy weight range for my hormones to regulate especially with pcos.

Why dont you try a pickle or something instead of a mayo or mayo substitute, like branston pickle or picaliliy? its always really tastey with meat.

I always thought it was something to do with waist to hip ratio, some skinny and some over weight have small hips and a large waist and vice versa. I love it love it love it, especially when i do a round with increased weights and realise, i can do it!!! great in combo with combat (attack kills my asthma too much, i reckon 1/2stone more gone it be more handlable!)

Yes i sometimes find it hard to eat enough, on my work out days where i can burn between 400-1200 cals in gym sessions, its frustrating and the last thing i feel like doing is eating!

I dont log my coffee although i probably should, i always over estimated my milk in my cereal (i thought it was 100ml, turns out i was actually pouring out 50-60mls) , i only use about 20mls for the 2 cups after that with sweetner. Has to be coffee beans ground up, my stomach really doesnt like instant.

All over depending on how much i get rid off but usually my chest (rib cage fat) then waist, then calfs then the rest its really annoying getting rid of fat on your waist just to stay the same size cause of your hips then you get your trousers falling down to look horrible!

No, I exercise the same amount and put more into it (since gym is cold too then to keep myself warmer), and figure if i can go through the cold, rain and snow nothing can stop me exercising!

I get up early and eat a smallish breakfast an hr to an hr and a half before working out. (Too uncoordinated to exercise within 1 hour of waking up)

I got rid of almost 4 stone and bumped into an ex while really fantabulous looking (if i say so myself, plus a tad hookerish). seeing his face and him not really recognising me, then drooling, then realising who i was when i was talking a credit card couldnt even cover how priceless it was ;) enjoy it !
