No I used to, it wasnt beneficial to me as I ended up rewarding myself with 'junk food' chocolates/sweets etc (which is junk to me, im PCOS and prediabetic). I prelog most my food for workout and nonworkout days just have 300 more cals on work out days no matter what i did.

Sounds like a veggy in my place of work i just ask does he eat haribo, and he seems to shut up (he eats beef flavour crisps which i find wierd!) Nor am I the obese one. You will always get preachers no matter what im sick of hearing WW/SL say 'its free' and preaching about points in food too.

I know the answer to this! its because the lights towards the stage are soo bright, that if the person was their natural lighter colour, the definition on the muscles would be seen alot less (so judged down since judges wouldnt get to see them!), so they plaster themselves in fake tan to counteract this.

Congrats, fantastic They get a nice bustline cause they have been working the pecs which are the muscle under the breast, so they are more likely to 'stand to attention'. Some get boob jobs

Do both they compliment each other perfectly I wouldn't be able to squat properly if it wasn't for flexibility i obtained through yoga, and i wouldnt have the confidence to lift if it wasnt for being able to do some poses in yoga.

Some people do, do better with tough love, but shouting down at anyone trying to lose fat/weight who you dont know and not exactly being encouraging (rude) can make them result to going back to the binges/emotional food crutch. Which is why they are here to begin with.

Cause unpopped and popped pop corn are completely different size wise. I use an air popper. I couldnt imagine how much popcorn i would end up with, if i put in a whole cup in. Cause pig is tastey. Bacon, pork, ribs, yum yum yum i think its cause its all a bit salty so it hits the taste spot. I have a friend who hates bacon, but loves pork belly, umm its pretty much the same thing! Its a good source of protein, and compliments eggs perfectly.

I used to juice my fruit and eat the pulp, it was really tastey especially carrot, ginger and apple. The juice usually went to someone who wanted it. I liked the pulp the best :(

I try to avoid kraft products they tend to taste of plastic, is that the same? You can get cheese in a tube but not in a spray can, i'll stick with blocks of cheese.
