since when was metformin a diet drug? its for treatment of diabeties and insulin resistance, unfortunately some of us have no choice but to go on metformin because our hormones are THAT bad even with weighing less. all my dr said was 'lose weight' but no indication on what to do and what would work. metformin hasnt helped…

I use one from myprotein, or meridans, both have no added salt/sugar so they are basically squashed nuts, i dont know if you have those though.

Mine is brown at the start and the end of my cycle, in the middle days its red. But shade of it depends how iron rich my diet has been and when i last decided to have it , or atleast thats what i've noticed. With being on the pill I sometimes dont fancy it every month.

Your whole head sweats, no it doesn't keep your hair clean they are really just used by alot in the place of headbands to keep hair back, and to stop that dreaded sweat from head down to face, into eyes scenario.

They are useful when you cant be bothered eating large amounts of food to get your protein up. I like myprotein and phd diet whey, both seem to mix really easily with water.

I dont eat bread and pasta, it bloats me and reacted badly with my sugar (i AM insulin resistance cause of PCOS) giving rushes and crashes.
