I personally went straight into it, with the 'high' amount of calories on none work out days. I eat 1900 on non work out days, 2200 on workout days, works pretty well for me

Having an obsession in any side of the spectrum is unhealthy. Telling a fat person to eat less, is like telling an anorexic to eat more, if they are that way mentally inclined. Unhelpful

A diet like yours in smaller amounts made me pre diabetic cause my body couldn't cope with all the sugar, so i'll stick with thinking they are bad. ;( Plus sorbet and frozen yoghurt tastes nicer than ice cream Poptarts don't do it for me, i don't get the fascination with them =/

Plan your meals the day before or imagine the food with maggots/poop/anything disguisting on them, and it will put you off, imagine the smell too! works for me!

They could be trying to push kettle bell classes sometimes you have to pay for them. Its not because your female, unless they give you a teeny weeny kettlebell. But kettlebells are fun and most moves use your whole body. Although I use kettlebells can be interchangeable with dumbbells alot of the time.

I need both I cant see in that were it considered just the time you spent training, or if it included time after (up to 48 hours) the initial training. As you burn at a higher rate after strength training, where as cardio you only really burn while doing it.

That sounds awfully low, they should look at you, as if you are prediabetic, do they recommend such a low amount for people suffering from type 2 diabeties? Used to see food as treat or bad/good, but now i dont food is fuel, it helps if you like it but with that thinking, over a while foods i used to love, i cant stand anymore seems over processed. I simply love exercising and improving my body through fitness gains, lifting gains, looking better etc. You only get one body.
