Upping my Calories w NROLFW

Hey all! I'm starting NROLFW and it says I should be eating 1900ish calories on non-workout days. Currently I've been at 1350+exercise calories (that I eat). I'm super nervous about jumping my calories up so high, but definitely want to start building muscle/losing fat.
Is the best way to go about this to slowly up my daily calories or two just make the change in one big move? My wedding is in two months so I don't want to go crazy and put on a ton of weight or anything!
Thanks in advance for the advice!

I personally went straight into it, with the 'high' amount of calories on none work out days. I eat 1900 on non work out days, 2200 on workout days, works pretty well for me0
