I have the same problem with my sugar always being over. The i don't worry to much about it cuz lots of my surgars come from natural sugar, like found in fruit. So if I see a day when I'm way over, then I'll look at that day and analyze each item to see how much sugar is in each and make adjustments in he future. Ex. avoid…

About 6 months ago I tried to do C25K, but just stopped having motivations to keep going. I am ready to start and complete it this time. I am going to the gym tonight to start. :-)
