Hello everybody! I am Melissa from North Dakota. I started this journey with MyFitnessPal on August 27. I have lost 34 pounds so far! I am 3 pounds to my first goal of 165. But I have a new goal - 150! That would put me at a healthy BMI (I'm 5'7"). I have an 18 month old son, and really packed on the pounds when I was…

Wow! That is a ton of inches! Great job. Couldn't see the after pic, but I'm sure you look amazing!

Great job! You look amazing! Keep up the awesome work! :-)

Thank you all for the kind words! I agree - I had awesome results! Hard work and dedication certainly does pay off. The other cardio I did along with it including walking and running. I felt that the 24 minutes it took to do the 30DS wasn't enough and would jump on my treadmill afterwards for either a 3 mile walk or a mile…

Thanks! Yes, I am very happy with my results and loving how clothes are fitting me and looking on me now. Another 12 pounds to my first goal, and then maybe another 15. We will see how I am doing and feeling! Thanks for the support everybody!!

I am still here! I did Day 15 last night - it is starting to get easier! I took measurements this morning to see how I have done since starting this challenge on October 1. Since then, I have lost 4.5 pounds and 8.25 inches, including 2 inches off my chest and 1.5 inches off my waist! YEAH! Hoping to see more great results…

All those planks were a killer! My abs are feeling it today. And those jump twist things? I looked like an idiot because I couldn't twist the right way with my arms. I was glad to see Natalie struggling too. I loved it when she lowered Jillian's arm during the high knees!

Day 8 completed. Upped my hand weights, which was fine except on the lateral raises during circuit 3 with the side lunges. My arms were on fire then! But a little pain is good, right! Excited to start level 2 and see a new routine. Keep on truckin' ladies!

Yes this is new. There are many limitations that have been imposed nation wide on school lunches, including limiting the number of grains, protein, etc., that can be served each week. The calorie limit for students in grades 9 -12 is from 750 - 850 for lunch; the younger grades have a lower limit than that. I work in a…

Day Two was much better for me. My calves weren't screaming nearly so loudly during the jumping jacks/jump rope cardio interval. I need to up my weights as the arm movements seem really easy. How is everybody doing on the push-up portion? I have to do modified push ups. And my armpits are killing me today. I also got a flu…

Did Day One last night of 30DS. The 2 minute cardio set of jumping jacks and jumping rope killed me. I thought my calves were on fire. I need to use heavier weights for the arm part. I only used 1.5 pound dumbbells. Going to use 3 pounds tonight! Oh goodness, I think I can!

I gained 57 pounds with my son (YIKES!). He is 16 months old. I have lost all of that, but was overweight when I got pregnant, so I am trying to lose some more. I was pre-pregnancy weight on his 1 year birthday, but after I quit breastfeeding, I gained 10 pounds back, because I was eating like a horse when it was no longer…

Feel free to add me! I log on every day and record absolutely everything! I have a 16 month old son, am finally down to pre-pregnancy weight, but unfortunately was at my heaviest when I got pregnant. I am hoping to lose another 20 pounds (25 would be great!) and run another half-marathon in May.

In time they will fade a lot. I have them from when I was pregnant with my son. Wear them with pride :-) Your boyfriend won't care.

I have been taking my son walking with me outside - he loves going in the stroller, but as it gets colder, that isn't going to be an option. Sometimes I just put on a Kids CD and we dance together. That can really get you sweating! He loves when we have dance time together. Its easy after he goes to bed, but I don't always…

Hi! I joined MFP three weeks ago. I have a lil guy (16 months) running around at home. I had lost 52 pounds when I decided that I needed to do more and joined MFP. I am now at my pre-pregnancy weight, but I was at my heaviest when I got pregnant, so I would like to lose another 25 pounds. I have been trying to walk and/or…
