  • I stopped getting on the scale.... It isn't about a number for me, whether pounds or inches. I use photos and comare the changes in my body and i have been amazed.
  • The Exhilerate set from the commercial for my step daughter and I. DVDs and the hand weights. That way I got a couple of free dvds and hand weights.
  • I am waiting on my Zumba DVDs now. I go to a class three times a week, but wanted something to do here with winter approaching.

  • We are going out for dinner tonight also. I have already done 1 45 minute workout and burned 350 calories. I plan to do at least one more. Plus the extra calorie burn tonight when we get home. :love:
  • I have no idea why, but when I first started working out I was a mess. Everything seems to have leveled out now. When I start to feel that way, I just workout and just my frusrations out that way. But in the begining you could have thought I was nuts. Hang in there it will get better.

  • I only eat about 25% of my exercise calories because I workout in the evening. So, I use my exercise calories for an after dinner snack. The problem that I run into is the day after a hard workout I am usually hungry ALL day.
  • Day 6 Level 1 done. And I feel awesome. Had a really crappy day at work and was stressed, but now I feel great. I feel I am getting stronger. Still struggling with some parts, hopefully I can get it down within 4 days. I so hope to move to level 2 on time.
  • Welcome. I have been there. About a year ago, I was at the heighest weight I had ever been with the exception of when I was pregnant. I really didn't start getting serious about weight loss until November, then I realized that is a really bad time of year to start trying to loose weight. I am really starting to get into it.

  • Day 5 done. Getting much better with the exception of the push-ups and the side lunges and arm raises. I don't know how I will be ready for leave 2 in another 5 days. However I am not nearly as sore the next day like I was at the begining.

  • Didn't work out yesterday, so I think I will double up today. Just haven't decided if I will do shreds or one shred and something else. Feel great today, no soreness so I should be able to really push it today. Here's to hoping.
