same here, i do a custom treadmill program for 1hour 10 mins and use approx 1498 calories per day, i do this 7 days also do weights each day for strength a week = 10486 calories per week

maybe when your sore do some low impact stuff like swimming, i have a bad spur on my ankle, as well as surgery on my back so when i can't run its of to the pool or beach. just a thought.
