I am going to lose 5 pounds this month and hopefully not gain it back. I am on a lot of meds. That's a great idea. I love cauliflower. My 2 dogs and I will sit and share a bowl of it raw. Can you imagine dogs sitting up and begging for raw cauliflower..............LOL

Hi, I try to stay at the 1200 calorie mark everyday. Sometimes it's a little more. I don't worry about going over some because I exercise a little everyday. I usually don't eat back the calories I burn. it's only usually around 300 cals. anyhow.

eat some raisins or sunsweet prunes or the dried plum bites. if that doesn't work try a stool softner ( not a laxative) just a softner Dried fruits usually work. It may take a few days.

I am diabetic. Sugar is sugar, no matter where it comes from or what they call it. Sugar has 14 calories per teaspoon, a spoon in coffee or on whatever won't kill you. I mean that litterally. nothing more natural than the real thing . just don't go overboard

I drink Lipton iced green tea the sticks to go 10 in a box. My favorite flavor is mandarin & mango but there are a lots of flavors. Iam on waitlist for a local aqua zumba class, I may try one at a local pool in the meantime. I signed up for Zumba Gold classes (since I am 55 ) which starts on Sept. 22 thru Nov. 10 every sat. morn. I am stoked!!!
