Hello everyone, my starting weight is 190 lbs. My goals for the challenge are: Phase 1 Dec. 1st. 18 lb loss = 172 Phase 2 Mar. 1st. 18 lb loss =154 Phase 3 June 1st. 18 lb loss = 136 Phase 4 Sept. 1st 16 lb loss= 120 :wink:

This is me 08/30/2012 Age 55 bust 48 waist at the belly button 44 hips 45 Iam 5' 2" I weigh 190 I am sure I don't have to tell you ladies how impossible it is to buy pants. And jeans..........don't make me laugh for them to fit in the waist, I can fit 2 people in the hips and butt. Iam sick of stretch pants.

I too carry all my weight in the middle. I am new here. have 4 stents in my heart, am hypo thyroid, type 2 diabetic. Hysterectomy and ovaries removed 21 yrs.ago. I find it almost impossible to loose weight. when I foung out last year that I was diabetic, I followed a strict diabetic diet ate raw veggies by the bowl full,…
