Jillian's BanisfFatBoostMetabolism for 20min as a warm-up, then RippedIn30, and then a workout for legs.

An amazing change. Well done!

You can add it as a circuit training, that's what it is.

I finished 30daysShredd last week and started another Jillian dvd, the Ripped in30 that has the same 30days interval.. I do like the result it gave but I didn't continue with it because I wanted variation and was afraid of getting used to the workout too much. I plan on doing it again when I'll be finishing this. It's deff…

This is very good for a 6 week timeline. Go for it! You'll definately reach your goal. Don't mind buying new jeans, it's the least you can do for your little victory.

You look great! This is a good reminder to not become obsessed with what the scale 'thinks'...

First day yesterday. I found it to be easier than the 30dayShredd. Not so many jumps, a longer cooldown at the end. Some exercices are in 30dayShredd also. Hope it has at least the same effect. Didn't lose weight with 30ds but I deff have better form (abs and arms) so I want to make it better.

This is great. Any of you doing another workout in combination with Rin30? As a warm-up or just to intensify?

Level 2, 2nd day was yesterday. Glad I switched workouts cause was getting a little boring in the last days of the 1st level. In terms of difficulty, don't find level 2 too bad, just different exercising, that's all. I do struggle at some of the workouts but surely i'll do better next days. I kinda miss some of the things…

Day 2 for me also and first time "shredded"! Felt a ltitle sore at the shoulders from the 1st day but everything going well for now. I hate pushups though... I'm doing that the beginner way. Hope to get over it till level 2. Also, haven't done jumping jacks since highscool... Good luck to all of you!

Also have this problem since I was a teenager. Deff a genetic thing combined with bad habits. So is it correct to assume that cellulite can go away when the skin begins to get toned? Not necessarily when losing weight but when muscles start to do their thing and melt more fat in the process?

ok, not much of "people-talking-about-their-coffee-enema-experience" but I surely had a blast reading the comments. also, loved the dinosaurs...

For classic bellydance, Ansuya's Hot Moves and Jillina's dvds are pretty nice (love Ansuya's choreography in Hot Moves). For a more romantic approach, you could try Sensual Bellydance or Luscious.

I come up with mine when making the MFT account, thinking how fluctuation/change is part of life and by no means must be feared.

Welcome to MFP! I'm sure you'll get what you want if you keep your goal all the time in your mind. I guess it's important to understand change doesn't happen overnight. It would definately be a good thing to think you're doing a lifestyle change and accept that instead of thinking you're just gonna diet few weeks. Small…
