Yesterday, went well. Not going to lie, last night was rough because I wanted to eat...think out of boredom. But, I refused...and popped a piece of gum and kept it movin!!! Stayed under calories, had an great first part of my workout, and watching my portion control. No bread as of yet.

My first day was great...felt energetic all day. Stayed within in my calories, water intake was 96 oz , and had a great Spin class!!!
