eat more red meat. low iron makes me tired too

mfp tends to over estimate calories burned. i recommend a free app accupedo for walking/running calories. i dint go down till week 4 when i worked out i needed to up my fibre esp.

hourglass as of today. bust 100 cm, waist 77cm, hips 96 cm. 159 cm tall

today i am now officially an hourglass shape. i fit into all my size 10 australian clothes (im petite). i am working out 30 mins 5 days a week. only 4 kg to go to be in healthy bmi range!

just wondering can u choose your own food too. i eat out with friends A lot and make sure i eat back my calories. bot sure if michelles stuff is for 1200 + eating back cals or 1200 + exercise and not eat back. eg for beginner program
