swimming
does anyone do swimming alone for fitness, and do you find this is enough? I have a pool in my backyard, and a free gym membership. I'd prefer to just swim if can Iose wieght this way, as it's so hot at the moment in Australia. I'm planning on swimming 30-45 mins a day (slow stroke) 5 days per week

recipes for silken tofu
Hi ive just discovered silken tofu and i love it. I used it in a stirfry with lots of onion, an egg, ****ake mushrooms and bok choy with some soy sauce. Any other suggestions welcome!

I carried 10kg boxes to my car today and they werent heavy. I also have visible biceps now. I never expected this when joining mfp so its a great bonus! Last time i had muscles was in 2007.
