being healthy
Anyone else proud of what they ate today? I was at a party and ate a healthy salad--i knew what was in it coz i made it--and lefy all the mayonnaise salads. Had a small serve of meat. I also didnt have cake but had watermelon instead for dessert.

Anyone else finding this time of year particularly hard? Ate almost a full box of chocolates today. at least this has been my first cheat day in 4 months. Anything you do to keep yourself on the straight and narrow?

eating less when its hot?
Ive only eaten about 900 cals today. Im full. Its hot and i dont have air con yet. Does anyone else eat less in hot weather? Or should i really try to add sone cals even though im not hungry?

10 kg ie. 22 pounds lost in 4 months
i fit into size 8 dresses now. I was a size 12. Am so excited and have bought a dress for christmas. Only 5 more kg to go but its just asthetics ---im definitely healthy again!!

Today it was a neighbour noticing i lost weight. Yesterday it was jogging 9km and not feeling puffed. The day before it was clothing being too big. Exciting!

how to increase protein without eating meat?
