anyone elses scales not moving...last few pounds

Well mines gone up. 10lbs to go. Would love to hear if uve only got a few pounds to lose what helps

    I have approx. 6 pounds left to lose. i try to watch my salt intake (it's winter, and soups and wintery (?) foods are loaded with salt, even when they're homemade), and I'm trying to focus on strength training rather than cardio. If you're doing this, you might even see the scale go up because you're gaining muscle. Try to keep track of your body measurements and how your clothes fit you.

    I joined the challenge hoping it would make me more determined to stick to my plan and hopefully see more progress on the scale, but when we're so close to our goals that's probably not the way to go. The scale will go down sooner or later but it's not a good indicator of our true progress. When you have a lot of weight to lose and you lose it faster it keeps you motivated, but when it's such a small amount of weight it frustrates you.

    Do your thing and don't feel bad about whatever the scale tells you :)

    Yes i have lost inches in the last 2 weeks! Weights been the same. I guess i will focus on toning now
