how to increase protein without eating meat?

hi, i don't at much eat that much meat and my protein is low. any suggestions to improve this? my diary is open for any other comments to help with my nutrition. i only drink water and milk. i'm not good at going to the gym but am aiming to be more regular soon.

If you google it, I'm sure a lot of information will come up. It's something vegetarians have to deal with. You can also make protein shakes since you already drink milk0

Yep cheese and eggs.
Some good sources are greek yogurt, cottage cheese, edemame, eggs (and for quick snack I go with hard boiled) and cheese. Also when I'm way behind in my protein I go for smoothie with soy protien powder. I'm not a vegetarian I just don't always have time to cook a full meal especailly just for myself so when I do cook it has to be easily portioned into meals for later.
