I eat weetbix with fruit (eg. banana, kiwifruit, berries or pineapple) and oats (with fruit eg. apple/pear) for brekky. nice and filling. I find all the information on the 'mayoclinic' website to be very practical. if your parents are worried, I would go and just double check with your GP when you next visit, to make sure…

I have definitely changed over time. I love food and eat at friends houses a lot. I say no to lollies, chocolate, chips. never liked coke. Ive decreased cheese and butter too without thinking. Ive increased fish, yoghurt and egg intake. and upped my portion size for brekkie and lunch. I think carbs are important so I eat…

I've been eating oatmeal as my main breakfast - 1/2 cup rolled oats with sultanas/dried cranberries/fresh grated apple and milk. I find it filling. and I've been on 1200 cals. just recently upped to 1300 as I was on a plateau, and I lost some more inches. I really am enjoying this brekky at the moment

I found just persisting with a deficit by a healthy diet (I don't eat junk food) and moderate amount of exercise has helped me (swimming and walking). For me, the stomach is the absolutely last place to go, so I had to be super patient. I would still like a little more toning so I think I will try yoga/gym strengthening…

training sounds like fun! I agree with Roger. I like the town thing--I think it will put a rural town on the map, and people will visit coz it has good food. I've been to many places where I couldn't find nice takeaway stuff going through a town

I swam for 30 minutes. tomorrow is rest day - I don't force myself to exercise on sundays unless I want too. next week I want to continue being consistent in exercise daily for cardio heart health, so it becomes…

my plan to lose the weight is to consistently work out 6 days a week, no matter what the type of exercise at this stage. Coz it's hot, I will probably be swimming a lot. feel free to friend me on mfp to keep each other accountable! I'm doing a fundraising event for breast cancer in march, as my grandma got cancer last year…
