yay I'm here!!!!

I'm now at maintenance level. 5 ft, 61kg, 134 pounds. I was expecting to be lighter but I've put on so much muscle in the last few weeks, which i was really surprised at. Am the same size as I was 13 years ago :) Just working on toning my tummy, eating less sugar (dreading the dentist next month after all the chocolate i've eaten this year), healthier food for my heart (more omega 3and 6, less saturated fat) and getting ready for a fun run late next year. From someone who'se hated the gym, I'm starting to enjoy it now. Am enjoying the variety in my foods now, especially the fruits and fish.
