I did that too. Had a break then actively tried to lose the last 5 kgs. It took a while to hit a good maintenance level but now im not needing to log. I upped from 1200 to 1350. Eating more avocado now. And cheese. And slightly larger portion sizes of wholewheat pasta. I just make sure i eat all the colours of the rainbow…

Fruit. Maybe with some greek yoghurt if i havent had any dairy that day. I bring fruit along to other peoples houses now so all my friends r used to plain fruit salad. Itss yummy in qld here..dont understand why we dont eat more of it

Should be fine. Just make sure you eat veggies some other time as they are also full of fibre as well as other vitamins. I generally have oats for brekky with fruit as they help me feel full at the beginning of the day but i guess oats for brekkie is just a cultural thing

this is really inspiring!! I've lost 20 pound and still a few to go. I'm currently 62 kg - 136 pounds, and quite happy with my weight now, but I'm sure I can do better by next summer!!

I didnt have enough calcium or fish in my diet. Swapped coconut curries for more veggie based and now eat brekkie. No chocolate too. And more exercise.

I lost on 1200 eating back mycalories. I did LOTS of incidental walking-at least 90 minutes per day. Nothing too strenuous.

Sorry but you are eating too much meat. Research mediteranean diet.

Brekkie: bacon, scrambled eggs with dill, pancakes with maple syrup, fresh fruit, artisan sour dough bread-one pumpkin, the other red wine and goats cheese. I will prob skip the bacon myself.

I ate mcdonalds yesterday. At a party today...bringing yummy fruit and planning on being as clean as possible.

For these two weeks my challenge is to 1) stay under 1300 per day 2) exercise 3x 30 mins per week. Thats hard for me! 3) increase incidental walking/extra swims in the pool 4) no more chocolate 5) continue to be mainly vegetarian in mealtime choices and eat fish once a week

The way i lost weight was 1200 a day with Lots of fibre eg. Brown rice, weetbix, veg. Ate the recommended 5 veg 2 fruit. And milk and protein. I always drink a lot of water.
