Go for it, you have nothing to lose (but weight and inches)! Start with light weights and do the modified versions if you need to.
-
Are you supposed to do it everyday, 7 days a week?

What looks good is you being able to hold and play with that little girl and also what you can't see on your inside. Great work!
-
Great job! Wish you lived near me so we could split!

Great work, and you are so cute! Can I ask how tall you are? In the past I was a chubby 130lb but could maintain that or so I thought, then life happened. I am starting me journey around 153 and my goal is 130. I would like the 128 like you but from past experience I know it is very hard for me to maintain 125-128.

Courtney I have only been doing this a few weeks and I can tell you I have bombed a few times. As hard as it is, I log and track EVERYTHING. When I read about other member's successes I realize that when I bomb I am only sabatoging myself. I want to show a weight loss ticker on my profile, I want to be able to post before…

watch out for the munchies though - could be a killer

I get what you are saying (I go to bed really early some nights when I am feeling tempted to eat) but as mentioned by others, you can't stop living and being social. You need to learn to deal with this stuff now otherwise once you reach your goal and start socializing again all those temptations will be there still and you…

I love your post. You sound so happy and proud - and you should. I have often told people when they say, "I only lot a lb" to look at a one pound block of butter melting on a plate - that is one lb of pure FAT. I like the potato visual as well. Are you and your doctor also tracking inches? The scales can fluctuate so much…

I have three boys, 26. 22 and 21 - clearly time to stop calling it my "baby weight".

Not sure where you live but generally there are some great recruiting companies that are always looking for experienced professionals to take to market. Doing temporary assignments is a great way to keep your skills up to date, get your foot in a door and make you more employable. Agencies that do temp expect that you are…

Wow, you look and probably feel, amazing!

Now that is a great way to measure your success. It is such a beautiful dress, depending on the material you might be able to have a scarf made out of it. Wear it as a constant reminder of your hard work and dedication to yourself.

Great progress! Thank you for posting. I am fairly new to MFP and seeing people's transformation keeps me motivated. You look marvelous!

Good for you. I tried Vegan and it is tough especially when those around you are not. I think being Vegan is great for your body and the environment. I would love to add you as a friend and hopefully get a few recipe ideas from you!! How has your weight loss journey been?

You need to transfer from the treadmill to outdoors. If that isn't possible try to always have yout treadmill on an incline. Nothing wrong with even 1 percent. The couch to 5k program is great too. Don't focus on yout time but rather completing the race. Happy running.

Congratulations on changing your health and over all well being. I am sure it wasn't easy. Your pictures are an inspiration. Good luck with the next 10 lbs however I am not sure you need it or will want to maintain 135 for life.

Attend all 10 bootcamp classes I have signed up for. Run twice a week at 6am with my running partner. Track all my meals!
