11,500 steps on Monday (most so far). Not so good Tuesday but did work instead. Will do more today.

well weigh in today and I lost 4lbs. I'm pleased but thought it would have been more as its my first week and I have a lot of weight to lose. I'm really pleased that I'm eating really well at the weekend, however my steps are quite low. Will try to do more today, going for a walk later (if it stops raining)

Had another good day yesterday. I've walked every day this week, it's amazing what you do when you have a Fitbit! The weekends are the worst for me so hopefully I will stay strong for the next couple of days. Weigh day tomorrow, I hope I won't be disappointed. Have a great weekend everyone

Had a good day. Walked for an hour while my daughter was at athletics. My steps are 9,972 - quite pleased with that!

Hi, I have lost a lot on here a couple of times but, as usual, I put the weight back on! I'm going on holiday next week but want to get into a more healthier mindset. Feel free to add me, I'd be happy to lose 50lbs!

44 year old married Mum of two. Want to lose 35 pounds then see what I look like. Will probably want to lose more than that though! Just had my first weigh in and lost 3.75 pounds. Bit disappointed as I've been really good and thought I'd lose more in my first week. Definitely need motivation!
