  • Awesome story! Just awesome! Congratulations on taking back your life. It's a great feeling isn't it!
  • I start level 2 today. Would love to do it first thing in the morning but I am really not a morning person. I think I am going to give it a whirl. All 3 of my kiddos start soccer this week and with their practices at night, I'm already rusing around to get everything done before 10pm. SOOOOOOOOO Tomorrow, I'm going to try…
  • Great job! I'm on L1D10.. today is my last day for Level 1. I did a boy push up yesterday for the first time. WOOT HOOT!! But i still did modified push ups through the workout. One thing I have really noticied is that the bloat in my stomach has gone way down. I'm not taking pics or measurements until the very end. Your…
  • Awesome. Thank you for posting! I am don L1D6 and I am hoping for success like you.
  • My first time starting it, after the second day, I could barely sit down on the toliet. It was awful. Another poster said push through it and she was right. Just keep pushing it gets better. You could take a rest day but I have found that rest day leads to rest dayS instead of just one, I take multiple. I started it again…
  • Awesome! thanks for posting this. I am on L1D5 and love to see the success of those who have done it.
  • OMG, you are so cute!!! Way to go! Congrats on all that you have done!
  • Way to be a superstar. I'm sorry for all your loss; I really can't imagine losing my husband. You look great and did it for all the right reasons. Keep on rocking it out! You look great, super cute you are!
  • Was wondering how you were doing!! WOOT WOOT!!! Looking fantabulous! Keep it up!
  • Awesome! You look fantastic! We are avid Detroit Tigers fans and I have a picture of myself really heavy at a Tigers game in 2011. I am hoping when we go this year to get a comparison pic like you and feel much better about the way I look.
  • That is great news! I have 30DS, and have gotten half way through Level 2 before. I really meant to start it April 1st but I'm chicken!! I know I can do it, it's just a mind over matter thing with me! I have hit a mean plateau and am hoping add 30DS will help me climb over it. Plus I need some inches to come off my waist,…
  • I started at 262, and am at 174 now. My goal weight has been 160, but I have stalled out big time. I'm in a comfortable 12 right now, but would like to be a 10. Hopefully with spring finally coming (meaning nicer outdoor weather) I can resume my activity level and get down to the 160. I have medium to large frame based on…
  • Awesome job! i have failed this program, only making it halfway through level 2. I'm going to remember your results and get my *kitten* in gear to do it all the way through! GREAT JOB
  • I'm on the plateau as well. After losing 85 pounds total, 65 since on MFP, I have stayed the same weight for about a month now. I would still like to lose another 15-25 pounds. I haven't changed my eating too much, increased my calories to 1400 a couple weeks ago. Waiting to see how that goes. Also hoping when spring…
  • Big bust on these for me. I used canned pumpkin and vanilla yogurt, instead of the protein powder. I added a bit more flour because of the consistency of the yogurt. I baked for 30 minutes and they still weren't done inside. They were flat and pretty yucky!!! Guess I'll have to try again later and follow the recipe exactly.
  • I'm going to try tonight, but i don't have any protein powder, going to use vanilla yogurt instead. We'll see what happens and I'll post results tomorrow.
  • Congratulations! You look great. We are very similar, height, weight, starting point, I'm 176 right now and hoping to get to 160 by summer.
  • I'm not even sure if I should reply but I have an experience in the last couple weeks with a change in my net caloric intake that I think is similar to eating more. I hit a slowing loss trend the beginning of the year. My normal day is to eat about 1200 calories, and I would workout for about an hour. Mostly cardio,…
  • That was a beautiful story! Congrats to you!
  • I can't eat eggs, I get a terrible stomach ache. I miss eggs...yes I miss them. I used to like them scrambled with ketchup, or with some salsa. Love eggs with fresh veggies, like tomatoes, and oniion, and peppers. I miss eggs. Too nervous to try egg whites or egg beaters to see if they have the same effect, because the…
  • Looking FABULOUS girl! Keep on a truckin'
  • Not sure if these qualify as Hybrid workouts, but I have a number of the Biggest Loser DVDs. It is cardio and strenght training and I find it to be a lot like the 30 day shred dvd I have. I haven't seen Body Revolution to compare these other Biggest Loser Videos. For example the dvd I did Monday, was 4 different 10 minute…
  • I have good days and bad days. The good days, I feel awesome, thinner, and really good about what I am doing. Other days (and I have found these days are around my monthly cycle), I look at myself and don't see much change. Well I see the change, but it doesn't look good yet. I think its the expectation of what you should…
  • Only 8 lbs for me. YIKES!! I have a goal to be down another 8lbs this month, and I am hoping I get there!
  • I'm 5'7.5" CW: 178 Size 14 pants (are loose) and L shirts. Can't say too much about my size and what it should be because I haven't shopped for clothes very often while loosing weight. I'm guessing I could get into a 12 right now but I wouldn't know. I haven't tried on a dress in years so I couldn't give you what size that…
  • What a great transformation! Your legs look great. That is what I am waiting for good looking legs!!! I love your dress in your after pictures. Congratulations on a well fought battle! Keep going strong!
  • Amazing job! Starting out as a size 20 and currently in a baggy 14, size 6 seems so out of reach. Glad to see your success.
  • Oh yeah, a ton of difference. You are off to a great start, and it's those first pounds that really get you going and help keep you motivated.
  • Amazing job! You look great.
